Each host will have a different booking policy. Use our Contact Host buttons to reach the host directly either via WhatsApp or Email.
Changes in reservation may also result in rate changes. A government issued ID, name, mailing address & phone number is required at the time of booking and rental agreement must be signed by the guest booking with us. Cancellation policy upholds for every and all reservations. You may also be required to get a background check. Please ask the host if they have a breed restriction.
We offer travel protection backed by Nationwide Insurance that you can add to your booking. Please refer to this link. Ensure you have this discussion in detail with your host.
Yes, most of our properties are pet friendly. We normally assume a cat or a dog but if you have something else, please be sure to inquire first! See individual listing for booking conditions like pet rent and/or deposits. Some properties will have breed restrictions due to insurance policies. There is usually a pet fee plus a refundable security deposit.
YES. We welcome children to our accommodation but don’t have special equipment on-site. For an extra fee, we can provide equipment, such as a cot, high chair travel cot, car seat and stair guard. Please contact your host for further details.
Many of our clients are business travelers and we know how important high speed internet is. Our HESTIA homes all have high speed internet. Wifi is a complimentary amenity included in your stay.
We can sometimes be flexible on arrival and departure dates and times. If you are unable to select the dates you would like in the calendar please contact us.
General check-in time is 3 or 4 pm and a check-out time of 10 or 11 am. Individual listings may vary.
Our properties book quickly but the beauty is that we have a great portfolio of well cared for homes. If the property You’re staying in is not available, we will help you find something. Let your host know in advance if you need to extend your stay.
Most hosts require mid-stay cleaning especially if you’re staying longer than 30 days.
All of the properties are fully equipped meaning they include most of the items you hae at home to provide a home away from home stay. Beds are freshly made and linens are provided including spare sheets and plenty of towels. Hosts provide a generous starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo/conditioner/bodywash. Replenishment is the responsibility of the guests.
